Bootstrap Journeys was incorporated in June 2018 with a clear mandate: to bring professional, accountable event and travel management to clients who needed more than a booking agent. Our founders had spent years working on large-scale public events and corporate travel programmes, and they saw a gap — operators who could handle both the scale of a government campaign and the detail of a bespoke leisure itinerary.

We are headquartered in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, with a second office in Hisar, Haryana — giving us genuine on-ground presence in two of India's most active event and pilgrimage corridors. Our team includes certified event managers, experienced travel planners, and specialist crowd management personnel.

As a Udyam-registered women-owned enterprise, we are eligible for government and PSU vendor programmes that prioritise women-led businesses. We have delivered projects for the Sports Authority of India, leading FMCG and manufacturing companies, and thousands of individual travellers — and we bring the same rigour to every brief, regardless of size.
